Terms of sale
Our store and these terms
These terms describe the digital-guide workflow operated by Michael Pink, a sole trader trading as PDF GUIDE WEBSITE, publicly known as Kash. The seller is not VAT registered. These terms apply to purchases made through this store.
Contact: contact@pdfguidewebsite.com. Address: 15 Terry House, Upper Tulse Hill, London, SW2 2NT, United Kingdom. Purchases are intended for adults aged 18 or over buying for personal use.
What you are buying
Products are digital PDF files, not printed books. Listings identify the guide and page count. The catalogue contains complete PDFs. Each product page shows the page count, file size and a reading sample. Contact us before purchase if you need an alternative accessible format.
You need an internet connection and a PDF reader on your phone, tablet, or computer. No physical delivery or shipping charges apply. Guides are educational and do not guarantee particular results.
Price and payment
The store currently displays prices in US dollars (USD). Prices are $26 per guide, or $53 for each complete set of five. The total is shown before checkout. Checkout currently accepts UK billing addresses only. The seller is not VAT registered and does not charge VAT. Your card provider may apply currency conversion charges. There are no subscriptions, recurring charges, or preselected paid extras.
Payments use Stripe’s hosted checkout. A payment obligation will be clearly identified at the final payment step. You can review and correct the contents of your basket before paying. A contract is formed when payment has been confirmed and we accept your order in an order confirmation.
Immediate downloads and your right to cancel
A cancellation period is a period in which applicable consumer law allows you to cancel because you have changed your mind. For example, UK and EU consumers normally have 14 days from entering a digital-content contract. Different rules can apply in other countries.
If you choose immediate delivery, expressly agree to it before downloading and acknowledge the loss of the applicable cancellation right, that change-of-mind right ends when digital supply begins, such as when you start downloading the PDF, where the law permits this. After that point, you cannot use that cancellation right to request a refund simply because you changed your mind.
Payment alone does not remove this right. Before immediate supply, checkout requires separate, unticked consent and acknowledgement boxes. We will provide your order confirmation, these terms and a record of that consent and acknowledgement in a format you can keep before supply begins. Download access is only released after payment has been verified. If you do not agree to immediate delivery, do not use the immediate-download checkout; contact us about delayed supply.
Downloading does not remove all your consumer rights. You retain any rights and remedies under applicable law if the PDF is faulty, inaccessible or not as described. This section does not exclude any rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
Your licence
You receive a non-exclusive personal-use licence to read the purchased PDF and print its worksheets for your own use. You may retain a personal backup. You may not resell, publicly distribute, upload, sublicense, or share the files with others without permission. This does not restrict uses permitted by applicable law.
Your consumer rights
Digital content must meet the standards required by applicable consumer law, including being as described. If it is faulty, inaccessible or misdescribed, contact us for the remedies available to you. For UK consumers, the Consumer Rights Act 2015 provides rights including repair or replacement, or a price reduction where appropriate. Consumers elsewhere retain any mandatory protections that apply to them.
Nothing in these terms excludes your statutory rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence. General educational disclaimers do not remove these protections.
Law and changes
For UK consumers these terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory protections in the part of the UK where you live. You may bring proceedings in the courts available to you under applicable law.
We may update these terms for future orders. The version supplied with your purchase continues to apply to that purchase.
